Step
1:
Open the image you will be using
for this tutorial.
Step
2:
Select the (Zoom Tool) in the tool
bar and zoom in on the eye's as pictured below.
Step

Next, select the (Polygonal Lasso
Tool). If the Polygonal lasso tool is not already selected,
press and hold on the tool icon shown below in the image
and then select (Polygonal Lasso Tool) from the menu.
It is the second icon from the top.
With the
( Polygonal Lasso Tool) selected, carefully click around
the first eye. Be as accurate as you can. When the first
first eye has running ants around it, hold down the (shift)
key on your keyboard and do that same with the second
eye. When you are done, you will notice running ants around
both eye.
Step
4:
Now in the top tool bar go to (Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation).
This will
bring up the (Hue/Saturation) window. It's now up to you
to play around with each color until you get the desired
color that you like.
That's it!
You are now done with your image. Zoom out to see the
effect. Don't forget to save your image.
